2018 Christmas & 2019 New Year Trading Hours and Order Cut-off date

 

 

Dear All AlwaysDirect.com.au Customers,

Please note some delays may occur during Christmas and New Year.

 

Office hours:

Apart from all Saturdays and Sundays which we are usually closed, we will be closed for the Christmas Break from 1pm 24th to 26th Dec 2018, and 31st Dec 2018 to 1st Jan 2019. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Orders will be processed on the following working day. To speed up your order, please use credit card payment (VISA and Master), PayPal and ZipPay.

Please expect some delays from any customer queries or emails. Limited staff will be on duty from 27th to 28th Dec 2018. The customer service team will be back on board on 2nd Jan 2019. 

 

Deliveries:

Please allow at least EXTRA 2-5 business days for the delivery time quoted by our website, delays are expected during this busiest season for all delivery companies. This is due to the holiday season and public holidays in which freight companies will not be operating.

An email with tracking details will be sent to you once the item is dispatched after you order at our website. Please allow at least 1-2 business day for tracking information to appear online.

Please be aware that anything ordered on December 21st 2018 will not be processed until December 27th, 2018. Parcels going interstate most likely will not be delivered until after the New Year. In January, there will be a huge delay in sending items interstate, as the courier will be waiting for enough items to fill a truck. Also, the courier will be running on a skeleton staff both in the office and with drivers on the road. Please allow extra time for delivery of your item. 

 

Christmas Business Hours:

We encourage customers to come and pick up the products instead of posting them if you are within a reasonable driving distance from the below suburbs. For details of product availability, please ring 1300 144 100 during 9:30am-5pm Mon-Fri AEST.

Warehouses business hours vary. Some warehouses are closed during Christmas/New Year. Below are the hours for each warehouse: 

 

·        NSW, Smithfield (Closed on Public Holidays) / Erskine Park (Christmas Pickup Order Cut Off  11am 19/12/2018. Closed between 22/12/2018 and 1/1/2019. Reopens on 2/1/2019)

·        QLD, Eagle Farm (Closed 24-26/12/2018, 31/12/2018 --1/1/2019) / Richlands (Closed between 22/12/2018 and 1/1/2019. Reopens on 2/1/2019)

·        VIC, Dandenong South (Closed 1pm 24 -- 26/12/2018, 31/12/2018 - 1/1/2019)

·        WA, Welshpool  (Closed 24 -- 26/12/2018, 31/12/2018 -- 1/1/2019) 

 

Normally the pickup will be available from the next business day if the order is placed before 11am AEST (working days) white Erskine Park orders require 2 business days to be ready. Orders placed after 11am AEST(working days) will need one more business day for processing. The pickup hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm (except public holidays and closed days). 

In addition, VIC Dandenong South Warehouse extends Mon-Fri pickup to 5pm. So the pickup hours for this warehouse is 10am-5pm, Monday-Friday valid until 1pm 24th Dec 2018. On top of that, this warehouse offers Saturday Pickups from 10am - 1pm on 15th & 22nd Dec 2018. Again, please ring us in advance to make sure the product is available at our VIC warehouse, to avoid disappointment.
