It's that joyous time of the year again! 🎅🌟 The holiday season is upon us, filled with joy and cheer! We're incredibly thankful for your ongoing support and are thrilled that you've chosen to stay with us throughout this festive journey.

To make your holiday planning a breeze, we've carefully organized our festive season hours, as below - 

 

**Office Hours**

Apart from our regular weekends and public holidays closure, we'll also be taking a break for Christmas and New Year from 29th December 2023 to 8th January 2024. 

 

**Order Processing**

The customer service team will be back on board on Monday 8th Jan 2024. Please expect some delays from any customer queries or emails. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. 🗓️🎄🎉  

 

**Deliveries**

Delivery times might take an extra 3-5 business days than usual due to the holiday rush and fewer staff at delivery companies. You'll get an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for tracking information to appear online. 

Orders placed on or after 22rd Dec won't be processed until 9th Jan 2023, and interstate deliveries might face significant delays. parcels going interstate most likely will not be delivered until after the New Year. After the New Year break, there will be a huge delay in sending items interstate, as most of the couriers will be waiting for enough items to fill a truck. Also, the courier will be running on a skeleton staff both in the office and with drivers on the road.  

 

**Christmas Order Cut-Off Times:**

If you're in Melbourne, consider picking up your order instead of waiting for delivery. Call us at 03-97065883 (Mon-Fri, 10 am-5 pm AEDT) to check product availability. Here are the cut-off times for orders and pickups

 
NSW, Erskine Park -

Last order Wednesday 20th December 2023 - 11am

Last pickup Friday 22nd December 2023 - 3pm

Reopen for pickup Wednesday 3rd January 2023 - 9am



VIC, Dandenong South -

Last order & pickup Friday 28th December 2023 4:30pm

Reopen for pickup Tuesday 9th January 2024 - 10:30am

 

 

Orders placed during the holiday break will be available for pickup from 9th Jan 2024 for Dandenong South (Melbourne), and 10th Jan 2024 for Erskine Park (Sydney).
