The holiday season is here! 🎅✨We’re filled with joy and gratitude for your continued support, and we’re excited to be part of your festive season.

To help make your holiday planning smoother, we’ve outlined our trading hours and important details below:

Office Hours:

In addition to our usual weekend and public holiday closures, we’ll be taking a break over the New Year from 2nd to 5th January 2025. On Friday 24th December 2024, we will be open until 12pm.

Order Processing:

Our customer service team will be back on Monday, 6th January 2025. Please note, there may be some delays in response to customer queries or emails during this time. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience. 🗓️🎄❤️

Deliveries:

Due to the holiday rush and reduced staffing at delivery companies, delivery times may be extended by 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched, but please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to appear online.

Orders placed on or after 24th December will not be processed until 6th January 2025, and interstate deliveries may experience significant delays. It’s likely that interstate parcels won’t arrive until after the New Year. After the holiday break, couriers will be working with reduced staff, and delivery schedules may be slower due to the backlog.

Christmas Order Cut-Off Times:

If you're in Melbourne, consider picking up your order instead of waiting for delivery. Call us at 03-97065883 (Mon-Fri, 10 am - 5 pm AEDT) to check product availability. Here are the cut-off times for orders and pickups:

VIC, Dandenong South:

  • Last order & pickup: Tuesday, 24th December 2024, by 12:00 pm
  • We will be open on 27th,30th and 31st December2024 for pickups.
  • Reopen for pickup: Tuesday, 7th January 2025, from 10:30 am

 

Orders placed during the holiday break will be available for pickup starting 7th January 2025 at Dandenong South (Melbourne).
