We're committed to getting your order to you safely and on time.
Order Processing & Dispatch The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 24 hours (business days) of payment confirmation via Australia Post or our trusted courier partners. Signature on delivery may be required.
Delivery Timeframes: Displayed timeframes are estimates and are provided as a guide only. While we do everything we can to meet them, they cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or remote location logistics.
One-Person Delivery Service Our standard shipping covers a one-person delivery service. For heavy, large, or bulky items, the driver may need a hand unloading from the vehicle — please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to assist if required.
Remote & Regional Deliveries We deliver Australia-wide, but please note that deliveries to remote or regional locations — including small towns, farms, mining camps, and islands — may not be possible to your door. In these rare cases, your order will be available for collection from the nearest courier depot, and you'll be notified of the pickup details.
Units & Apartments We deliver to unit and apartment addresses across Australia. For bulky or oversized items, delivery is on a kerbside or ground-floor basis only, to the building entrance, loading dock, or nearest accessible ground-level point. This service does not include carrying items up stairs, into lifts, through common areas, or into individual units. If you'll need help moving your item beyond the delivery point, we recommend arranging assistance in advance.
