Wait for Email Confirmation
Await your "Pickup Instruction Email".
Sent shortly after you order, including pickup address, operating hours and booking link (if applicable).

Schedule Your Time
Use the booking link in the email to choose your preferred pickup date and time slot.
Crucial for efficiency — allows us to prepare your goods in advance and minimise waiting time.

Head to the Depot
Arrive at the designated location at your scheduled time with the required documents.

Sending someone else? They can collect on your behalf — they just need to show your pickup email and their own photo ID.

Check In & Collect
Check in at the office front desk and show your Order Number and photo ID. Our team completes check-in for you, locates your order and brings it to the loading zone.

Before leaving, check all boxes against your order details, paying close attention to SKU / Model # and Quantity.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the safety requirements for picking up large/heavy items?+
Due to Work Health & Safety laws and insurance policies: arrange two people for heavy or large items; customers are not permitted inside the warehouse and children must stay clear of the loading area; and — under Chain of Responsibility rules — check package dimensions on the product page and bring an appropriately sized vehicle and load restraints. Goods may be refused if they cannot be safely loaded and secured.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?+
Yes. Whoever collects on your behalf simply needs to show your pickup instruction email (with the order number) and their own photo ID at the office front desk — the ID does not need to match the name on the order. Please make sure they can safely load and restrain the goods, as the same safety requirements apply.
What if my order is delayed?+
Occasionally orders require a manual review to ensure transaction legitimacy and security. If yours is selected, our team will contact you by email or phone to keep you informed and aim for the quickest possible turnaround.
