Refund policy

• You can cancel your order for free at any time before it ships.

• Once an item has shipped, we don't usually offer refunds or exchanges if it was ordered incorrectly. 

• If we agree to accept a return of a non-faulty item within 14 days of delivery, a 25% re-stocking fee may apply, and shipping and transit insurance costs won't be refunded.

• Refunds are processed within 2 business days of cancellation, and you should see the funds in 1-3 business days after that, depending on your payment method.
