🤝 Contactless Collection

Follow onsite signage/instructions to contact the staff and provide your Order Number and ID.

Staff will locate your order and bring it to the designated loading zone for you.

Verify Your Order

Before leaving, check all boxes against your order details, paying close attention to the SKU / Model # and Quantity.

Important: We are not responsible for wrong items picked up once you have left the premises.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM AEST on a business day: Require one extra business day for processing.

Late Collection Policy: Please contact us immediately if you cannot meet the deadline. Items not collected within 5 business days will be returned to stock and additional storage/restocking fees may apply.

📦 What are the safety requirements for picking up large/heavy items?
Due to Work Health & Safety laws and insurance policies, strict rules apply:
  • Heavy/Large Items: Please arrange for two people to collect large or heavy items.
  • Safety Zones: Customers are not allowed inside the warehouse. Children must be kept away from the loading area at all times.
  • Vehicle & Restraints (Chain of Responsibility): Check package dimensions on the product page and bring an appropriately sized vehicle and load restraints. Goods may be refused if they cannot be safely loaded and secured.
What if my order is delayed?
Occasionally, orders may require a manual review to ensure transaction legitimacy and security. If your order is selected for this, our team will contact you via email or phone to keep you informed and aim for the quickest possible turnaround.
