The Full Spectrum Sauna features premium FS heaters with titanium coils that glow behind glass, providing near, mid, and far infrared heat. This deep-penetrating warmth targets muscles, joints, and soft tissue more effectively. Beyond relaxation, infrared therapy may help relieve muscle tension, boost circulation, support detoxification, and speed up recovery after exercise or stress.
