Carbon heating elements create infrared light. The human eye cannot see this light, but our bodies can feel it in the form of heat. Infrared rays heat your body directly without heating the air in between you and the heater through a process called conversion. Infrared light penetrates your body deep into the muscle tissue, heating you from the inside out.

NOTE:

Due to the weight of the Sauna, it must be placed on a pallet for delivery and/or pickup.

If you intend to pick up the Sauna, please note that you must bring a commercial vehicle to the warehouse, as it will be loaded onto a pallet by a forklift.

Warranty:

This sauna room is backed by a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the sauna cabin structure and heating panels under normal residential use. Electrical components are covered for 1 year. 

The sauna warranty excludes damage from misuse (outdoor exposure, improper installation, poor maintenance) and normal wear/tear like scratches or stains that don't affect the main function.

Saunas must be kept indoors in a fully enclosed, weatherproof room unless stated as designed for outdoor use, with all electrical components kept dry. Water damage to wood (ie sweat or rain) isn't covered, and misuse-related repairs may incur extra charges.

Warranty is void upon resale or transfer unless stated authorised resellers.
