Carbon heating elements create infrared light. The human eye cannot see this light, but our bodies can feel it as heat. Infrared rays heat your body directly without heating the air in between you and the heater through a process called conversion. Infrared light penetrates your body deep into the muscle tissue, heating you from the inside out.

• Due to its weight, the sauna is delivered and collected on a pallet. 
• For warehouse pickup, please bring a commercial vehicle, as the sauna will be forklift-loaded.

Warranty: 

This sauna room is backed by a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the sauna cabin structure and heating panels under normal residential use. Electrical components are covered for 1 year. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
